Legal terms governing the use of the fomo19 platform for Indonesian players

Important Notice: By creating an account on fomo19, depositing funds, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. fomo19 operates a strict age verification policy. Any User found to be under 21 years old will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may face legal action. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on fomo19. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, fake accounts, accounts using false information) is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You must not be currently self-excluded from fomo19 or any other online gambling platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you may not create a new account or use our services until the self-exclusion period has expired.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match your government-issued identification documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify fomo19 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. fomo19 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah), subject to payment method limits. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.
Bank transfers are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your fomo19 Account are legally obtained and belong to you. You must not use fomo19 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity. The payment method used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees.
fomo19 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which fomo19 is not responsible.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, met all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable), and have a positive account balance. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah). The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah). Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your account tier.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts during business hours. VIP members enjoy expedited processing. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank's processing time (typically 1-3 business hours for major Indonesian banks).
fomo19 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 10,000,000) or withdrawals that appear unusual or suspicious. We may request additional documentation, conduct video verification, or impose a cooling-off period if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
fomo19 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 withdrawals in a 24-hour period) or for withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and free bets offered by fomo19 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements"). This means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x.

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for ensuring your bets are placed correctly. fomo19 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or fraud.
For sports betting (including football betting known as bandar bola in Indonesian markets), all bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches may be voided unless otherwise stated. Dead heat rules, Asian handicap rules, and other sport-specific rules apply as detailed in our sportsbook rules section.
All live casino games are conducted by live dealers in real-time and are governed by standard casino game rules. In case of dispute, the dealer's decision and video footage are final. Bets may be voided in cases of technical error or dealer mistake.
All slot games and random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fomo19's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
fomo19 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, power failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of fomo19 services. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting all wagering requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Upon termination for breach of terms, all bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Your original deposit may be returned at fomo19's sole discretion. In cases of fraud or criminal activity, no refunds will be issued and we may report the matter to relevant authorities.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Where local Indonesian law conflicts with international standards, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with both.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support and compliance team channels may be subject to binding arbitration under international arbitration rules. Both parties agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions must be filed within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will be barred.
